Cancellation Policy

Change Policy

 

More than twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled departure

You may cancel your flight reservation and receive BLADE Credits equal to the value of your order for a cancellation fee of $95 per seat.

 

Less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled departure

No cancellations allowed. Any cancellation will result in a full forfeiture of the value of your entire order.

 

Hamptons Same-Day Round Trip Flights

All sales are final. No cancellations allowed. Any cancellation will result in a full forfeiture of the value of your entire order.

 

 

More than three (3) hours prior to scheduled departure

You may change your flight reservation to a different Hamptons (By-The-Seat) flight for a change fee of $95 per seat. Your new departure time must be within twenty-four (24) hours of your originally scheduled departure time.

 

Less than three (3) hours prior to scheduled departure

You may not change your flight reservation.

 

Hamptons Same-Day Round Trip Flights

All sales are final. You may not change your flight reservation.

 

 

 

Nantucket (By-The-Seat)

Cancellation Policy

Change Policy

 

More than seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled departure

You may cancel your flight reservation and receive BLADE Credits equal to the value of your order for a cancellation fee of $150 per seat.

 

Less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled departure

No cancellations allowed. Any cancellation will result in a full forfeiture of the value of your entire order.

 

 

More than twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled departure

You may change flight reservation to a different Nantucket (By-The-Seat) flight for a change fee of $150 per seat. Your new departure time must be within twenty-four (24) hours of your originally scheduled departure time.

 

Less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled departure

You may not change your flight reservation.

 

 

Airport (By-The-Seat)

Cancellation Policy

Change Policy

 

More than three (3) hours prior to scheduled departure

You may cancel your flight reservation and receive BLADE Credits equal to the value of your order for a cancellation fee of $45 per seat.

 

Less than three (3) hours prior to scheduled departure

No cancellations allowed unless you have purchased BLADE Flex. Any cancellation without BLADE Flex will result in a full forfeiture of the value of your entire order.

 

 

You may not change your flight reservation unless you have purchased BLADE Flex.

 

 

Enhanced Aviation (BLADEone, Aspen, and Nassau By-The-Seat)

More than seven (7) days prior to scheduled departure

You may cancel your flight reservation and receive BLADE Credits equal to the value of your order for a cancellation fee of $295 per seat.

 

Less than seven (7) days prior to scheduled departure

You may not cancel your flight reservation. Any cancellation will result in a full forfeiture of the value of your entire order.

 

 

More than seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled departure

You may change your flight reservation to a different Enhanced Aviation flight for a change fee of $295 per seat.

 

Less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled departure

You may not change your flight reservation.

 

 

 

Montauk Sky

Cancellation Policy

You may not cancel your flight reservation. Any cancellation will result in a full forfeiture of the value of your entire order.

 

 

You may not change your flight reservation. All sales are final.

 

 

Shared Charter and Crowdsourced Flights

Non-Jet Charters (Helicopter and Seaplane)

More than twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled departure

You may cancel your flight reservation and receive BLADE Credits. If you have entered into a separate charter agreement with us, the cancellation policy stated in the agreement shall govern.

 

Less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled departure

No cancellations allowed.  Any cancellation will result in a full forfeiture of the value of your entire order.

 

 

Greater than three (3) hours prior to scheduled departure

Changes will be accommodated subject to aircraft availability. Additional charges may apply.

 

Less than three (3) hours prior to scheduled departure

You may not change your flight reservation.

 

 

Cancellation/Weather Insurance

 

You may purchase Cancellation/Weather Insurance as an add-on for select flights. With Cancellation/Weather Insurance, (i) you may cancel your flight and elect to receive a credit card refund instead of automatically receiving BLADE Credits so long as you provide notice within your flight’s stated cancellation window above and (ii) in the event of a cancellation due to weather, you may elect to receive a credit card refund rather than BLADE Credits (which is standard policy).

 

Cancellation/Weather Insurance:

·         Is non-refundable;

·         Includes a refund of your entire fare, taxes, and upgrades (excluding the Cancellation/Weather Insurance upgrade);

·         Waives any applicable cancellation fee;

·         Is not available for flights or seats purchased with BLADE Credits or gift cards; and

·         Is only available at the time you purchase your flight and cannot be added afterward.

In the case of BLADEone, Nantucket and Hamptons scheduled flights, Cancellation/Weather Insurance is only available when booking seats on flights no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to departure. In the case of charter flights, Cancellation/Weather Insurance may be purchased in the Blade application when booking your flight so long as your order is placed no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to your desired departure. If you wish to charter a flight and purchase Cancellation/Weather Insurance less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to your desired departure, please call Flier Relations at 844-359-2523.

 

Cancellation/Weather Insurance is not available for Aspen and Nassau scheduled flights.

 

Shared Charters, Hamptons Same-Day Round Trip Flights, Crowdsourced Flights, and Montauk Sky Scheduled Flights ONLY

 

With Cancellation/Weather Insurance, in the event of a cancellation due to weather, you may elect to receive a credit card refund rather than BLADE Credits (which is standard policy).

 

Cancellation/Weather Insurance:

(i)                  Is non-refundable;

(ii)                Includes a refund of your entire fare, taxes, and upgrades (excluding the Cancellation/Weather Insurance upgrade);

(iii)               Is not available for flights or seats purchased with BLADE Credits or gift cards; and

(iv)               Is only available at the time you purchase your flight and cannot be added afterward.

BLADE Flex

 

You may purchase BLADE Flex for as an add-on for BLADE Airport flights. With BLADE Flex, you have the ability to (i) adjust your scheduled departure time to a new departure time that is within seven (7) days of your originally scheduled departure and (ii) cancel your flight reservation within three (3) hours of your scheduled departure and elect to receive a credit card refund.
